Exactly perfect, in spite of the country's dire situation

Excellent place with everything you need in the very center of the town, clean, modern, everything functioning thanks to generator so no worries with blackouts and other problems related to the Russian attacks

Nice experience

Excellent location, the girls at the reception are very polite and always ready to help.
The rooms are comfortable and clean. Bathroom big with two sinks. The breakfast is delicious.
I think if we return to Odessa, we will definitely stop at this cozy place.

Restaurant is average

During the lockdown you can still eat out at hotels so we chosen Frapolli for lunch. Food was not overly expensive but not really good or memorable. Steak was chewy, borshch was not hot. Service bad - plates were not removed and food was delivered at different time.
So don’t expect anything remarkable

Absolute Deceitful and Manipulative Cheaters

Absolutely terrible experience.
Incompetent worker charged me WAY more than it should have to, the check I received didn't make ANY logical sense whatsoever, to say the least, as he made the bill up randomly and nonchalantly by calculating things in a way that was utterly unfavorable for me as a client, including charging me for things I didn't order or manipulate the order in a way that doubles the price of every ingredient.
To add insult to injury, and to his unprofessional behavior, his individual person-to-person attitude was reprehensibly rude, unpleasant, and inappropriate. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, he wasted 15 minutes of my time, only to come up with another bill that is MORE expensive!!!! How ridicilous is that?
Lying deceitfully and acting arrogantly, this worker is responsible for me never visit again at Frapoli, not with this attitude.
Lastly, I would like to emphasize its inability to control his emotions when client tells him the truth, and his unwillingness to bear responsibility for his mistakes, among his inappropriate behaviors I would mention facial expressions exhibiting neglicence and carelessness, rude and impolite tonality, aggressiveness towards clients, playing psycholgical warfare with your mind and let you wait only to give you more a expensive bill.
This behavior is unacceptable, and was instantaneously reported to the manager.
I hope some justice will be brought and someone will put this worker in its place.
Disguating behavior, really.
Luckily, his manager was more polite, logical and professional, and provided me with a proper bill after much sweat blood and tears, so to say, of unnecessary negotiation

Superb!!!!

We had a fantastic stay!! It’s trully a boutique hotel. It still smells so fresh even though it is run for two years already. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Premises, lobby and rooms are super clean and well-looked-after.
Hotel is centrally located. Yes, it is not near the sea but city center is in a couple minutes walking distance.
The mattress was the most comfortable i only if i could take it home with me haha.
Lobby bar is open 24/7. Prices are very cheap.
Breakfast buffet has very large variety of local specialties and continental dishes.
Wifi connection is very good.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay! Thank you, Frapolli. We know where to stay whenever we’re in Odessa.
