Now you are left stranded at the street 2.30 am, you were told there are not other rooms, you were not assisted with finding a room in neighboring hotels, nothing.
You are informed that the charges are refunded, congratulations now you are left to survive in a foreign city with your heavy luggage middle of the night.
This is beyond unprofessional and simply unacceptable behavior from an establishment. I wouldn't recommend to stay here for anyone who respect themselves

OK. Good quiet location. Bad Wi-Fi.

Wi-Fi is rubbish. It uses a portal you have to login using the credentials given by reception. Out of the 6 times I tried connecting I managed it twice. My iPhone 7 couldn't connect at all.
This was hotel 4/7 on my trip. After the initial annoyances it seemed better hence 4/5.
Breakfast was good, yes it's the standard and same every day but had a few extras.
The shower was good, instant hot water.
It had a mini bar but no prices for the bottles of beer. It had a QR code for a room service website including toiletries.
It's location is off the main road from the train station about 10-15 min walk. It's in a shopping area so dead after 6pm. There are a few kebab shops the other side of the main road. Another 10-15 walk to the old town and sea front.
TV (untested), air con (modern and quiet for a small room), fridge (mini bar - not pressure pads so can be used for personal items), hair dryer (actual proper one), luggage storage available.
