Great stay , big thanks to Reza making our stay flawless
We stayed in the Magnolia Suite for three nights, and the location of the hotel right in the heart of the area was incredibly convenient for accessing great restaurants and bars.
Our check-in was smooth and hassle free. Reza was exceptionally helpful; nothing was ever too much trouble for him. He was very communicative and always happy to assist whenever we needed anything.
The apartment was spotless, very well maintained, and generously sized. Having a Turkish hammam was a wonderful bonus and made our stay even more special.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience. We highly recommend this hotel, and a special thank you to Reza for his outstanding service. We will definitely be back!

It was very disappointing. Don't trust the positive reviews.
Don’t trust the reviews – we were verbally attacked by the “hotel manager”, who was on site daily and over whom all communication ran!
We don't usually write reviews, but in this case we think it's important to warn other travellers.
Our first room was facing the pedestrian zone. Already on the first night we could hardly sleep because of the extremely loud music and the crowds on the street. We lay awake until about 3am, completely exhausted, before finally falling asleep. The windows are so thin that it felt like the music and people were right in the room.
The second night was even worse: In addition to the enormous noise from outside, construction work took place in the neighbouring building until about 4 a.m. Several attempts to reach the hotel manager by telephone were unsuccessful. It wasn't until about 4 a.m. that calm returned.
The next day, after two sleepless nights, we demanded another room – only after a clear complaint was our wish granted. The hotel manager claimed that he tried to do something about the construction noise in the neighbouring building at night, but that was not true. He was not available that night or responding to calls or messages.
However, the worst incident occurred on the last day: The hotel manager specifically asked us to rate the studio on Booking.com with 10 points. When we refused to do so, he reacted with extreme fury and aggression. His behavior was so intimidating that I immediately asked to leave the hotel. He accompanied us to the street and continued to verbally attack my husband there.
This experience was terrifying, and I was very afraid of this man.

Magnova Suites
My stay here were very nice and easy. Reza help me with the whole stay, he help us set up our pick up and drop off from the airport. The hotel was very nice and clean. The room had everything we needed. The hotel was very well located, there were lots of shops, restaurants and bars.

Good but not great
Located in a very busy central street, the rooms are not acoustically isolated enough from street noise. No elevator even if we were accompanied to the room with luggage. It does not offer breakfast service. Double bed with two single and uncomfortable mattresses

great place
brillant accommodation clean and everything you need go out the door your in the heart of the area with plenty shop restaurants, metro close aswell , mohammed at the reception can’t be more helpful would definitely stay again some lovely restaurants which cater for all tastes
