Good hotel

I was extremely pleased with my stay at Le Mirage Hotel. From the moment you step into the hotel, you are welcomed by a very warm and professional team. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were particularly impressive. The beds were very comfortable, which helped me shake off the day's fatigue. The hotel's location is a real advantage for those wanting to enjoy the city; the fact that it is within walking distance of many places made things very convenient. (You can add a detail you liked here, for example: "The variety and taste of the breakfast were fantastic for starting the day.")

First and last stay. Old, dirty rooms, poor breakfast,broken phones, leaking shower. Overpriced.Avoid!

This was my first and definitely my last stay at this hotel.
The hotel is extremely bad in every aspect.
The rooms are very old, poorly maintained, and cleanliness is unacceptable.
Breakfast is extremely poor with very limited options, and the food quality is bad.
The heating system did not work at all. We contacted the reception several times and were repeatedly told it had been fixed, yet the room remained cold.
The telephones inside the rooms do not work, forcing us to go downstairs every time we need the reception.
The shower hose was leaking water and clearly not maintained.
The price is unjustified and does not reflect the level of service or comfort provided.
The only positive point is the hotel’s location in a busy area; however, the same area is full of much better hotels with more reasonable prices.
I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Place is clean and cozy, the staff is friendly , and decent breakfast was also included. i love the location as its near to the Osmanbay metro station, you can easily go to taksim and other tourist spots like Halic, Eminönü, etc.
