The stay was excellent. The staff was very kind and friendly. The hotel is in a good location, very comfortable and clean.
We will stay here again when we come back

Our stay was a bit of a mixed experience. The hotel is close to several places to eat, although it’s somewhat far from the main attractions but closer to a bus stop. The breakfast was okay, the TV worked well, and the Wi-Fi was available but somewhat inconsistent. The bathrooms could use some maintenance.
Unfortunately, we had an issue when another guest was given our room and someone entered around midnight. The staff apologized several times and were very helpful in addressing the situation, which we appreciated. They also helped us arrange a taxi, which ended up being more affordable than booking one ourselves.
Overall, there were some things that could be improved, but the staff’s willingness to help and make things right made a difference in our experience.

Nothing Fancy, Great location for many Sights.
If you are looking for affordable accommodation within walking distance of several sights including the Bizarre, Museums, Restaurants and River Cruise locations. You can not go wrong here. The hotel is small and down a side street with city views. We had a balcony on the 3rd floor that had a river view worth the nightly cost.
Now this hotel is not for everyone it has no lift and the stairs are spiral. There is a basic breakfast and Turkish tea but it's nothing fancy.
What it does have is cold AC and the friendly staff. Tariq is great and and so are the others. We missed breakfast one day as it's 8-10 and we literally left every morning and did not return until late evening and on this morning we slept in. They would not let us leave until they had cooked us a breakfast which was so nice. Try getting that at the Radisson. You really get what you pay for. Which in this case was less luxury and more turkish hospitality.
The only issue are the stairs may be a problem and the room for 3 was a little small for 5 nights. But the balcony and view we had was great and staff were 5*.

When we first got to this hotel, it took us several hours to convince the staff that our air conditioner was not working and that we would not be able to spend the night in this room. Eventually, with enough pressure, the staff moved us to another room, smaller and less accommodating than the one we had paid for. This room's bathroom appeared to have a bird's nest bulging through the vent, the sink was one light push from toppling over, the toilet seat was loose, and mold was around the edges of the floor and in the shower. We raised up this issue with the staff and they agreed they would move us to a similar deluxe room that we had originally paid the following day.
In this deluxe room, we found a pair of used underwear and towels stuffed in the bottom of the closet. The balcony had bird poop stains on the chairs and the table top was missing. This bathroom also had mold around the edges of the floor and the air conditioner piping was stuffed with paper towels around it and was leaking into the shower.
Cleaning service only came around every other day to clean, and cleaning was spotty at best. One time after a cleaning, we noticed that 8000 TL had disappeared from our room. We raised this issue up with the staff and nothing was done.
On the last day, my two older parents asked for some help from the front desk to bring down their large bag from the fourth floor after I had left for the airport overnight and they refused to help.
I do not recommend this place.
