Correct for price

Frankly for the price is good!
The accommodation is correct not new or modern but clean....
The staff is very nice and kind.
About 20 min walk to the beach or 5 min by Uber it is ideally located if you do not want to be in the crazy bustle of bars and clubs, the place is peaceful.
We spent 9 days here and felt very good

TERRIBLE- Horrific Do NOT book

Bad BAD Bad - Do NOT book under any circumstances. Appalling behaviour from the owner who will harass you constantly. Disgusting rooms, filthy linen, vile bathrooms.
Even if you are absolutely desperate I would urge you to reconsider and NOT book this place. If I could be bothered I’d report the owner to the tourism authorities.

DO NOT BOOK

Under no circumstances book, are directly checked out after 10 minutes and at least got our money back, but that is probably also because the lady met us via Airbnb, for fear of a negative review. The room was moldy, everywhere was dirt, the linen, the pillow, the fitted sheet, the towels. Everything was dirty, on the fitted sheet was even bird droppings. That you can't expect luxury accommodation with the money should be clear, yet no guest should have to sleep like this.

Great Value!

The resort is in a good location not too far from Patong, but far enough to be outside the commotion. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is large and freeform. It is great, I used it everyday! There are a few stairs to climb to reach some of the rooms but nothing too strenuous. Nice tropical gardens throughout the resort. The rooms are convenient size, clean, good air con, good hot water and decent wifi. Overall, the resort is good value for the price. I would recommend to future travelers

The Hill Resort, Phuket

Positive points:
1. The territory of the hotel is very green and shady.
2. Pool works even at night.
3. Good service.
4. Cheap price.
Negative:
1. Hotel is far from beach, and transfer schedule to Patong is inconvenient.
2. Breakfast menu is monotonous.
3. Noise isolation of rooms is weak.
