Comfortable Stay with Great Service

I stayed at Recenta Suite Phuket Suanluang and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, especially the reception team. The breakfast buffet offers good international options. I also liked the self-care canteen area with coffee, tea, cup noodles, and snacks available anytime.
The pool is well maintained, and there’s a 7-Eleven nearby for convenience. There’s also a laundry room where you can wash clothes using coins, and the staff are happy to help if you’re unsure how to use the machines. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay!

Overall hotel ‘you get what you pay for’ and staff are ever so nice but cleaning needs addressing

Never seen so much hair and fluff in community areas - stairwell not been cleaned for at least two days and our hotel room has same ‘hair and fluff’ in shower and toilet rooms

This hotel is very much short of a 4. Dead treble, I'd say. The room is dirty, there was not a single towel at check-in, on request brought 2 for shower, for pool was not given. To get 2 key card, asked 500 baht as deposit. The TV wasn't working, there were no batteries in the remote. The pool is very small. The nearest cafe is decent to walk to (and it's Japanese buffet, not everyone eats that),Tor's walk for 5 minutes, a little further than the Big Sea Mini. There's no massage parlor, no pharmacy near here. The area is a very bad one.

Good

Good and kind hotel staff! Providing breakfast was awesome with nutritious food Polite and gentle people. No unnecessary disturbances. Cleanliness and surroundings were nice.. Kids can enjoy playing and swimming!!!! Most preferable suite for couples and families!!!

Relaxing in Phuket

The hotel is truly peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway.
The hotel''s atmosphere is private and quiet, perfect for a very relaxing visit, and the plunge pool is neatly compact.
This time, book a Superior room, clean, everything is all right.
Very impressed by the staff at check-in, very nice, friendly, and accommodating.
