Wonderful stay.Perfect location walking distance to everywhere you want to be.Fantastic front desk staff especially Kathy,Bella and Anna.Very kind and sweet people.They always greet you with a smile and are very helpful.The tour service(0ily tours) has the best tours and prices in Phuket.I can speak for a long time.My stay by far exceeded my expectations.Thank you for your hospitality

Very nice spotless hotel. Enjoyed my stay.
I must say the neighboring hotel plays loud music, which obviously Grace hotel has no control over it. Maybe next time when I stay over there I'll write a complain that Grace hotel can take it to their municipality/city

This trip was a family trip with children and the staff was friendly and very kind.
The location was very good and easy to get to.
The hotel was very clean, beautiful and pleasant to stay in.
We love the staff at this hotel.
I have been to Phuket many times and I would like to use this hotel again on my next visit.

Exceptional service from the minute we walked in, to the minute we left. The staff are warm and welcoming and will help you with any enquiries.
Front of house staff were always professional and friendly no matter the time of day. Not a single fault for any of them
Breakfast (Halal) was always spot on and they offer you an omelette or scrambled eggs with whatever additional ingredient they have available. It’s enough to start your day.
The hotel is in a prime location, Junceylon mall is literally 2 min away by walk and Patong Beach is roughly 10 mins if you walk down the road ahead where the restaurant “Oggi” is. (Which I highly recommend)
