Peace & quiet in party town
Finding the right accommodation in Patong can be problematic, simply because there is so much of it! Even filtering down to the budget/bargains leaves a myriad of options.
Our challenge is always to find the best hotel that fits our budget whilst giving good facilities & having a decent location.
The big problem is that the party centre of Patong is Bangla Road, but this is also very noisy until 4am or later. I booked & cancelled a few places based on reviews about noise.
I should stress that we are 'mature' travellers, we love our Happy Hour & some lively drinks in a happening place, but we're rarely out that late.
Eventually I stumbled across BH Baan Paradise in my searches, it seemed to tick all our boxes, so I went with it. Boy, I'm glad I did!
It's tucked away up a closed (security barrier) Soi, a 7/11 at the end, & not even 5 minutes walk to Bangla Road. Jackpot!
From the moment we arrived, we were made welcome by the cheerful staff & check in was quick, despite the ubiquitous THB1000 deposit.
We took a Deluxe Balcony room on the 5th floor. Do note the lift is quite small & slow, but not a serious inconvenience.
The room was large & clean with a huge comfortable bed & nice bathroom. A/C was excellent, coffee/tea, water, Smart TV all provided. We were waiting for a friend who's working over here so we chilled in the little bar downstairs for a couple of hours. Beer is good price THB70 for a small Chang but food was on the high side. No matter, there are eating places everywhere.
Throughout our stay we were greeted with cheerful smiles every time in & out; makes the place feel very comfortable & welcoming.
But the biggest win is the noise, or lack of it! Despite having a balcony room & being so close to boom boom Bangla Road, you can't hear a thing at night.
We were super happy with our stay & if we're back this way again, would definitely stay without looking at anything else. I should add that the rate was very reasonable too. We paid around THB1200/night through Agoda, although the rate varies between sites & on time of year.

Hotel rates in Patong can vary quite a lot throughout the year depending on the season, but we always try to keep our prices reasonable, so we really appreciate you noticing that.

FAMILY FRIENDLY
Very good location and delicious breakfast but thefacility is quite old need to renovate but the staff are very kind and welcoming to guest.

Very close to walking street. But the place need more. No pool, hard to find parking. Load at night. Elevator door was dangerous when closing.

A successful stay thanks to impeccable service
I had a great stay at this hotel. The welcome was very warm as soon as I arrived. The staff is really nice, always smiling, available and attentive.
The hotel is ideally located, which makes it easy to enjoy the surroundings.

Beautiful and clean
Nice and clean hotel. The welcome was very warm and bloody, with cold towels and ice water provided the first time we arrived.
