The location is convenient. There is an exchange boot right next to the entrance. The room was alright, you can partially see the ocean. But room needs an update. The price was one of the cheapest considering it located right across the beach. There is a pool on the roof. Service is good.

For paying 100 euros per night I expected more .... pool not comfortable very hot rooms ....

We stayed at this hotel paying more than 100 euros per night .... to wash my hair and rinse it I had to use the bidet treat because the water from the shower comes out very slowly and impossible to wash my hair ... the sink looks like that of the dollhouse !!! Room exposed to the sun ... but if you remove the card the air conditioning does not work x which when you return in the evening to the room there are 28 degrees and passes ... the pool is not at all cared for is located on the 5th floor and really bare there is a beautiful shaded area ... I do not recommend it !!!!

If you want "exotics"

Pros: work items (like air conditioning, hair dryer, shower)
Cons: their condition. The view from the window wasn't happy at all. All the taps are loose in the bathtub. All the sockets are on snot. Breakfast is monotonous. The pool is small. The air conditioner worked for an hour, then you had to pull-pull a card to keep it blowing. Would you like someone in the room? Pay 500 batt . And I think I should pay a guest extra to watch this trash. I won't say for all the rooms, but if they give you #331, ask for another one right away. I didn't ask for it. I'm attaching a photo.

On all nights but one, our door was left not just unlocked, but OPEN by the maid. The first time it happened, we left a tip next to a note reminding them to lock the door... it was left open yet again and the TIP WAS GONE!
Furthermore, we had to deal with 2 cockroaches in our bathroom that we learned had come from the sink's drain.
Stay in Kata for more to do, this spot is only nice if the beach is all you need.

Disappointed but understand

I had an accident 2 weeks before my stay. I would like to postpone the check-in date because I have to be hospital and have a certificate from a doctor that I can't travel. Agoda informed that hotel did not approve. Disappointed me and tried to understand that it is the hotel policy. If there is chance, I would like to try to stay here in sea view room once.
