So far so good!

I have booked in to B Space on a rolling monthly basis. My room is a large studio at 35m2, more than big enough for 1 person. My balcony is large and overlooking the pool which is nice and despite being in Khaotalo, the building is set back off the road and quiet.
The room itself could use some fresh paint and a few minor repairs to the furniture but this is certainly not the end of the world.
There are no cooking facilities (like an electric hob, microwave or kettle) so if you are going to stay long term you will need to take account of this. Yes, the beds are hard but I actually am sleeping well.
Swimming pool is big enough and a good temperature as the sun tracks over the pool. Staff are pleasant and welcoming. A word of caution- you are a long way from the beach and central Pattaya so if you want to be close to either be prepared to travel on a Motobike of Bolt Taxi as there are really no baht buses on this side of town.

The location is very far from the Center and truly disappointed with this booking.

They don’t remind you to get back your deposit. Staff can be rude. I don’t recommend to stay there.

Everything was brilliant two moans internet could have been better and there were no mattresses on the sun beds but the pool was spotlessly clean deffo go back
