Best hotel to stay in Krabi

I stayed there 3 days to visit Krabi. I just left yesterday, and i can tell you that it’s the best hotel you can find in this area. The staff is lovely and very helpful. The room is perfect, very pretty, the bed are comfy, the room is clean, everything needed is provided. It’s the best hotel we stayed from our trip for now. And I already miss it.
Also, it’s very great located ! There is plenty of good restaurants around, very local. The area around the hotel doesn’t look fancy, but it’s the best restaurants/coffee/massage you can get. Also the beach is only at 15min by walk, and the beach is beautiful!! not so touristic.

Amazing place I highly recommend to stay. The room is clean and beautiful. Very peaceful and quiet. 7-10 min walk to the beach. The stuff is nice and helpful. Definitely return back again

Convenient place & very nice staff

I had an impressive experience staying at this hotel in Krabi❤️
The friendly staff and generous owner exceeded my expectations. They were always eager to help with everything I needed, offering insightful advice on tours at very reasonable prices.
The room was spotless and clean, providing a comfortable atmosphere.
With a 7-11 and restaurants just nearby and being not far from the beach, the location couldn't be more convenient.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for such a memorable experience.❤️

DONT COME HERE

If you are in this area go everywhere else to stay, but please never choose this "hotel". You'll have nightmares about the old creepy owner/manager, she's miserable as sin and she will do everything she can to scam you and you can't ask any info cause she doesn't speak English. She will try to organise you boat tours and taxis ride (never asked for and never accepted one) and overcharge you. They also ask for deposit so then they can find a way to not refund you. The hotel is not great, some stains and not a great hygiene but the main problem is the old woman at the reception. I'm sorry for the rest of the staff because they were nice and the old woman was always mistreating them. Horrible place, avoid it.

We understand that you are disappointed about the charge for the red hair stain. However, posting multiple misleading reviews on various platforms has created misunderstandings. We would like to clarify the situation based on the facts to avoid further miscommunication.
All of our staff can speak English, though their proficiency levels may vary. As part of our hospitality services, we inform guests about available tours, taxi services, nearby activities, and useful local information. However, we never pressure anyone to book with us, as guests are free to make their own decisions.
You were also interested in a private longtail boat tour. After our initial discussion, you inquired about it twice, and we were happy to assist you in checking availability and providing further details.
Regarding the key card deposit, we have a standard policy requiring a 500B deposit, which is fully refunded upon check-out.
In your case, we found red hair stains on the bath towel, hand towels, pillowcases, and bath mat, making them unusable or impossible to fully clean. As a result, we had to charge 600B for the damaged items, based on the actual replacement cost listed in the room. You paid an additional 100B, while 500B was deducted from your deposit.
Cleanliness and quality service are our top priorities, as reflected in many reviews from our guests. We are committed to ensuring a pleasant stay for all visitors and always strive for guest satisfaction. There is no reason for us to intentionally disappoint our guests, as providing excellent service is our primary goal.
We deeply apologize on your dissatisfied of the extra charge. We also hope you understand our perspective.

10/10 hotel. Staff are so friendly and helpful. If you’re travelling to Krabi I would 100% recommend this hotel. 5 minute walk to the beach, close to shops and restaurants. The hotel is lovely, very clean and the staff go above and beyond to help you. Our favourite hotel on our travels. Thanks for making our trip to Krabi so amazing.
