We enjoyed our stay! It’s clean and spacious, if there is more leg room between the beds and the sofa bed would be even better!

Pros: perfect location, steps away from Taipei main station. Easy to get around. Room is spacious with a small open kitchen and living area. Staff are responsive and helpful. Communication is clear.
Cons: blanket is too thick/warm, need to lower the AC temperature in order to sleep.

Needs to communicate better. Did not receive the pre-arrival email so ended up putting bags in a station locker instead of their "luggage storage". Otherwise a good place.

The one bedroom apartment was perfect for our family stay (x2 adults and x2 teenagers).
Room and building is slightly older, however very clean and has all the necessary amenities. We really liked the extra laundry room which had the washer/dryer and also allowed us to store all our suitcases out if sight, making the rooms more spacious.
In terms of location, can't be beaten with multiple MRT entrie/exits including at the front of the building. The building includes a mix of multiple hotel/apartment providers and businesses.
Shop, eateries, virtually everything is within a stones throw away.

The room has everything you need, even if you plan to cook. We washed a load of clothing in the room during our stay. It’s across the street from Taipei Station, very convenient and easy to get to places. It’s a self check in and out apartment style unit, not a real hotel with front desk. Sharing elevator with other tenants in the building, but their staff communications are quick and responsive. I would consider coming back
