La ringraziamo di cuore per la sua splendida recensione e per aver scelto l'Hotel Phoenix durante il suo soggiorno a Zermatt. Ci fa molto piacere sapere che abbia apprezzato lo stile fresco e accogliente della camera, il comfort dei letti e la ricca colazione gustata sulla nostra terrazza. Siamo inoltre felici che abbia potuto approfittare dell'accesso alla spa dell'Alpen Resort e che questo abbia contribuito a rendere il suo soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Speriamo di poterla accogliere nuovamente molto presto.

Loved this place
Everything was perfect for a boys trip for dad and 18 year old son.
Great location close to the main shopping area and lifts but also a nice quiet spot.
We’ll be returning next year with the rest of the family.
