Phenomenal stay near the airport
From the moment you walk in, this feels like one of the finest hotels around — surprising given it's not in the city center, right near the airport. The staff set the tone: friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and consistently polished without being stiff.
Breakfast alone is worth the stay — a full buffet with cheeses, charcuterie, fresh breads, an omelet station, fresh-squeezed pear and apricot juices, and a specialty coffee machine. We had M Club access, which added a nice extra layer of comfort throughout the stay.
We were also celebrating a birthday during our visit, and the staff went out of their way to make it special with thoughtful touches that didn't go unnoticed.
Overall, a genuinely elevated experience — highly recommend for anyone flying through Geneva, even if you're not planning to spend time in the city center.

Geneva Marriott Hotel
Hotel is close to the airport. Offers airport Shuttle service . Hotel opened 4 years back but still in pretty new condition. A very modern hotel . Rooms have high luxury level with very efficient air-conditioning even in this rather hot weather. My room had a beautiful alps view. Breakfast spread is very elaborate with huge choice of hot dishes . Front desk staff very supportive and helpful. Helpful concierge. Overall a very comfortable stay.

Loved.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The room was incredibly spacious, modern and very comfortable, with plenty of space to relax but we did have an interconnecting room. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always made us feel welcome. Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and we would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Geneva.

Excellent Customer Service...and rooms!
We had just finished hiking in the Swiss Alps with a tour company during a brutal heat wave, then drove from Montreux to the Geneva airport to connect with another company for a French Alps tour starting at 2 pm. We arrived a full 1.5 hours early — only to realize, by 3 pm, that we were actually a day early. The tour wasn't until tomorrow.
Hot, tired, and a little sheepish, we set our hopes on the Marriott. Was there a room available? There was. Was a free shuttle on its way? It was.
When we stepped off the shuttle, a trio of employees was walking up the driveway — one in a suit, presumably a manager. Without hesitation, he offered to help with my bags, rolled them to the front desk, and moved on. No expectation of a tip. Just genuine hospitality. A moment later, another employee seemed to read our minds — or maybe just our faces — and appeared with two bottles of cold water in eco-friendly packaging. The courtesies just kept coming.
We were checked in by the most gracious and warm young woman named Hanna, and she was everything we needed in that moment. A little undone by our mix-up and sudden change of plans, we must have looked it — but Hanna made us feel like we had come home, like all was right in the world and we were exactly where we were supposed to be. She helped us plan a visit to CERN, provided free tram passes to get there, and arranged a complimentary breakfast to start the day. When I mentioned — almost offhandedly — that I could use a fan, she simply said, no problem. The fan was already in the room by the time we got there.
My husband and I looked at each other and agreed: best check-in experience ever. We felt like VIPs.
The room was wonderfully air-conditioned, the bathroom was fantastic, and the beds were firm with two pillows each. All the anxiety of the day simply washed away. We relaxed, enjoyed dinner, and went to sleep genuinely looking forward to CERN the next morning.

Wonderful property - thank you Marriott!
Our family of 4 stayed here for just one night; we booked a room at the very last minute after having a terrible experience at a different Geneva hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and well appointed, and the hotel had a very accommodating and friendly staff. They really saved the day for us under the circumstances. Thank you!!
