Excellent place to stay!

We have been here in september 2015 for one night, on our way to Croatia. This year, may 2016, we stayed here 2 nights and visit the city of Maribor. Lovely city, lovely hotel, wonderful staff and good food at the restaurant! The most important things for us are: hygienic, good food and nice staff. This hotel has it all, really friendly and nice owners and your really should try to eat at the restaurant for dinner, it is cheap, good and lots of food!

Impromptu stop!

Perfect rooms if you are on a road trip, and have an unplanned stop. They are quite limited, but they are enough for one night. The staff is quite nice. The price seemed a little high to us, 70 euros, for a super simple room.

Disappointed!

We stayed there one night in room n.4 and we were disappointed.
The room was small but clean, the bed was too soft and one mattress was broken down, the fridge did not cool, we could not close the safe, ac without remote control, bath with 2 towels each and only soap.
Location is good: easy to reach from highway, a short drive to city center, quiet area and close to supermarkets. There was a useful parking place down from rooms.
The owner was kind and spoke a little Italian, too.

average food with misunderstanding....

We had lunch at the restaurant Klampfer downstairs the rooms. They have classic menues mostly meat, It goes along with soup, salad and dessert. The portions were quite generous, taste average, waitress kind. Only at the end strange thing happened: Two friends of our group had to leave earlier, so they said we could take their dessert with us when leaving. When we payed the bill and asked for desserets waitress said, she already gave it to the friends who left. Later we found out she didnt gave it to them... I hope it was just misunderstanding as it would be really rude to lie about just two desserts after we have payed lunch for more than 10 people...

Nocleg w drodze na południe

Rooms Klampfer, Šentpetrska ulica 6, 2000 Maribor, Słowenia
Bardzo dobre miejsce na nocleg po drodze na południe. Czyste pokoje, łazienka z ręcznikami i mydłem tylko przy umywalce. Smaczne śniadanie w rodzinnej atmosferze, mili właściciele, komunikacja trochę po angielsku i trochę po polsku nie ma problemu. W pokojach po jednej ze stron budynku dochodzą odgłosy z ulicy, ale ruch się zaczyna dopiero nad ranem i nie jest to uciążliwe. Jest WIFI
