Amenities were very good. It comes with an air purifier, a small fridge, microwave, smart TV, cutlery under the sink, and even a washing machine in the common corridor with detergent provided in your bathroom. The main problem would be the initial set-up. Please remember to TURN ON/LOGIN TO THEIR WIFI and also Bluetooth before you can access their digital key to have it work on the sensor. Once it works, it’s really convenient and secure. 3 locks before you reach your room.
There might be a bit of noise since it’s right beside a KTV lounge but we still slept soundly. You can choose a room without windows for better soundproofing. They also provided earplugs but we didn’t use it.
Service was very warm and friendly by Loc on-site and Jaime on WhatsApp. Thanks a lot! Do note that their reception is only from 9am-6pm so if you need to leave luggage, you can try Bounce Luggage at Kampong Glam.
Oh also do note that the toilet doors are very TRANSLUCENT so don’t stay with people you’re not comfortable with… it’s perfect for same-sex family or solo travellers.

We appreciate the support from the team( Xia, Loc, Popo & Divina ) upon our late arrival at the hotel, the team made sure we reached our room safe and sound. After check out, we accidentally left something behind, the team reached out and asked our consent of the belongings. This is our first time with heritage collection hotel, the service is exceptional.

Whatsapp response time was very good.
Facilities were clean and adequate.
Skylight in loft (see pic attached) gave a nice feel, avoiding an closed-in atmosphere.
