Nice place to a getaway from typically busy downtown.
This place is near Changi airport. This resort is very spacious and modernly furnished. Room is spacious with nice bed and huge bathroom. Shower and toilet are kept separated. All amenities are available in the room. You don’t need to ask for it.
Minus side: you’ll hear airplane flying from time to time. Road to the hotel is under construction.

Good, but something is missing
The hotel is comfortable, rooms very good and the grounds delightful with a golf course being a key feature of the hotel. However, we never felt the team at the hotel met more than standard operating procedures with a lack of warmth or engagement. The hotels location seems ideal for Chiangi however the shuttle bus service is limited and no provision is made for luggage. In conclusion, a good hotel with the potential to be so much more. At this time, great for golfers rather than those looking to stay away from the airport and explore the city state for a few days.

Hotel is nice, but they should inform travelers that you need your golf permit to play. Other hotels have better golf playing options for better deal. Construction around the area.

Disappointing for a 5-Star Hotel
* The pools are nice and probably one of the better aspects of the property.
* Complimentary shuttle services to Jewel and Changi City Point are convenient.
* The room rate was reasonably priced for National Day weekend.
Unfortunately, the overall experience felt decidedly mediocre and fell short of what I would expect from a five-star hotel.
Service was the biggest disappointment. There was a general lack of warmth and attentiveness from the staff, with a somewhat lackadaisical attitude throughout the stay. The experience with the shuttle driver on the return journey from Jewel was particularly disappointing. The driver’s communication with a tourist could have been handled much more politely and professionally. By the second day, however, this level of service was unfortunately no longer surprising.
Communication was also poor. I had specifically been told via email that certain credits were provided on a daily basis, only to be told something different upon check-in. Even more frustrating, the hotel’s “My Booking” page does not clearly show the inclusions attached to your reservation before arrival, making it difficult to verify what you have actually booked. The whole process felt unnecessarily confusing.
Simple requests also took far too long. A request for a toothbrush took close to an hour, if not longer, to arrive. For a five-star property, this really shouldn’t be the case.
The food was another weak point. Breakfast was mediocre, and dinner was similarly underwhelming. We were particularly disappointed by the National Day special dinner, which surprisingly featured very little in the way of local dishes despite the occasion. At the discounted 50% price, I still wouldn’t consider it good value, and the original price of $92++ is quite shocking given the quality and selection.
As a Dusit Gold member, we were offered a late checkout, but beyond that, the loyalty benefits didn’t really make much of a difference to the stay. We decided we will check out on time anyways.
Overall, there isn’t much to do at the property unless you’re specifically there for golf. For a short getaway, I would struggle to recommend it when there are so many other options in Singapore that offer a better overall experience.
From the check-in experience onwards, almost everything about the stay felt average at best. I was genuinely surprised that this is positioned as a five-star hotel. In my opinion, the experience was much closer to what I would expect from a four-star property. There are plenty of better boutique properties in Singapore than this place.
Wouldn’t return, but not like I’m their type of clientele anyways.
