Good but not a 5 stars hotel

The hotel looks like a 5-star hotel. nice big hall, beautiful pictures, nice garden. But:
our junior room was dated, a torn mattress on the bed, and a persistently bad shower.
We had half board. The choice of food was good, but not excellent for t, for example, for breakfast, eggs are not fried in front of you, there is no squeezed orange, but ordinary juice. For dinner, everything is already ready, the ćevapčići are badly baked, the potatoes are cold...
The indoor children's playroom is not clean, many enter in shoes so that the children's socks can be thrown away after playing.
Only the Wellness justified the categorization. Swimming pool, children's water park, service, everything was excellent and a real pleasure. All in all the hotel is a 4 stars, a lot is missing from 5, but we had a nice time.

My spring visit to Zlatibor

Upon arrival to our rooms, the temperature was 30 degrees C. We asked management to turn the air conditioning on for us, but were told that it's too early in the season and to open our windows. That made for a very uncomfortable night. Our tour guide convinced the hotel the following day to turn the AC on. In addition, the internet only worked sporadically in our rooms. Additional small suggestions to the staff: put spoons where the tea and coffee are located. Add tissues in the bathroom.
On a positive note, the breakfast was incredible. Anything and everything you can desire can be found on their very long buffet.

Declining service quality over the years

As frequent guests over many years, visiting with family and friends, this stay was one of the most disappointing so far. We understand that the New Year period means full occupancy and higher prices, but that should also imply a higher level of service, especially for a hotel of this category.
Unfortunately, the quality of service has clearly declined over the years. The water pressure in the rooms is extremely low, making it almost impossible to shower properly or wash long hair. The hotel is clearly understaffed, with not enough waiters or housekeeping staff to handle a full house.
In the bar, we encountered opened water bottles filled with tap water, which is unacceptable at this level. Room service was ordered and confirmed, but never delivered. During dinner, despite available seating, there were no clean tables, as staff could not keep up with clearing them.
Considering the price level and star rating, this experience was deeply disappointing. The location and potential are great, but service and organization urgently need improvement.

Just perfect

Everything was perfect at the hotel, from the room to the spa center. What stood out the most was Mrs. Olivera Popovikj with her kindness and work ethic. She made sure that at every moment of our stay we felt comfortable and lacked nothing."

Good hotel, yet does not great value for money

Hotel is very clean and spacious. Rooms are comfortable snd warm. Playroom for kids is great!
On the other hand, food should have been better - neither choice nor quality match 5 star hotel. Temperature in swimming pools is much lower than advertised. We used our own tool to measure temperature and kids pool was only 26°C instead od 29°C. Overall impression is that all pools were colder than what was written on the entrance to spa area.
Our experience was overall good, but for the money paid it should have been better!
