Enjoyable stay, minor issues, but would stay again

Stayed in a top floor room for a few weeks and overall had a very positive experience. There were a few minor issues with the room initially, but they were addressed quickly by the staff. The room had a nice view, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and it was generally quiet. The air conditioning also worked very well.
The location was excellent, within walking distance of several great restaurants such as Giordano's and The Curry House. We also enjoyed the pool area, and it was helpful having laundry facilities available (6 tala per token). The kitchen had a variable range of equipment depending on which room you were in, but overall, it was useful for longer stays.
Breakfast was great, with a good variety of options including scrambled eggs, toast (with spreads), cereal, porridge, fruit, and hot items such as spam, vegetables, and sausages. There were also rotating options including crepes, pancakes, waffles, scones, muffins, and French toast, which kept things interesting during a longer stay. No filtered water available when asked on the first morning, however, tea/coffee and juice were available.
The staff were pleasant and welcoming, saying hello and creating a friendly atmosphere. Some rooms appeared more dated than others, but everything was mostly kept clean and tidy, and the accommodation was reasonably priced.
One challenge, similar to elsewhere in Samoa, was inconsistent communication between staff members. There was some confusion regarding the airport pick up arrangements, associated costs, and whether internet access was included in the room price. The internet also tended to run out fairly quickly before requiring a top up.
They also offer car hire, which was convenient, although it is worth noting that unlike some other rental companies, they do not arrange the temporary driver’s licence for you (or insurance), so you will need to organise this yourself.
This is an ideal place for a medium-budget traveller looking for a safe and clean environment, although it does not offer a luxury experience.
Overall, despite a few communication issues, I would happily stay here again.

The Staff were very helpful. Breakfast choices were great. Pool great, room size great, air con- fantastic!
Overall stay great however, our toilet blocked everyday & not due to over usage. staff were very quick & attentive to sort immediately. Which we were very grateful for.
Overall cleanliness - okay. Small areas like light switches & TV, sweep out closet & wipe down fridge. Clean basin plugs properly & fix shower curtain. Small things that can improve comfort for guest.
Restaurant area, great space & warm atmosphere. I would suggest having the urn (hot water) available for guests during all .eal services. I wanted a hot drink at dinner, the urban was off, and advised by staff it was only used for breakfast.
Outdoor round tables outside Restaurant and near pool should be wiped down every night. Our group spent time in the evenings eating and quiet drinks throughout our stay, when returning in the morning for breakfast, the tables had not been cleaned. Understandably staff may not have been avaliable, but in the meng before breakfast service, these should be checked.
Overall, great stay, things mentioned would really add value to anyone holidaying or staying. Staff were always helpful. 24/7 laundry facility and, the team very accommodating with guests.

Good for short stays. Upgraded some amenities like bathroom cupboards but not kitchen ones. However it was just right for an overnight traveler

Breakfast not so good all the food was cold
There were rats running around outside the rooms

Very helpful staff clean rooms had everything needed great location
