Just 200 metres from the banks of the Volga River, this hotel is centrally located in Engels. It offers free Wi-Fi and a 24-hour reception, and Japanese specialities are served in the restaurant. Great hotel!

This hotel offers a great combination of location, quality of services and affordable price. I stayed there for 7 nights in February 2018. My room was spacious, very clean, the furniture looked very nice and new; the staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a fridge in the room. Breakfasts were substantial and tasty. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and a medium-sized mall right next to it. I plan to stay there again when I am in town, and definitely recommend it.

Wonderful!!!

It was a very pleasant stay, the staff (Natalia, Olga and Sergey) were very kind and so willing to help! I came back from shopping and also with our take out dinner and I was surprised how Sergey met me at the door and actually took all my bags and carried them upstairs to my room for me! I thought that was so considerate! The hotel was clean, next to a shopping mall and only a 5 minute walk to the river side to enjoy the beauty of this area. Thank you to all that were so kind to my husband and I that made our stay there so great!

Шум с улицы, мало полотенец, чайник при нагревании передает воде чудо-запах пластмассы. В номерах нет бесплатной питьевой воды, на этажах нет кулера, но на первом этаже вода есть. Внимание, она в графине))) Литровая бутылка воды стоит 20 рублей, это можно включить в стоимость, чтобы гости не бегали в поисках воды по открытым только до 22 часов магазинам. Кулер или помпа стоят тоже копейки.

ВОЛГА - отличная гостиница на берегу Волги

На прошлой неделе был в командировке в Энгельсе. Остановился в гостинице Волга.
Сразу был встречен радушием, вниманием и искренней заинтересованностью со стороны персонала. Качественный и не навязчивый сервис на хорошем уровне. Причем, это касается не только сотрудника на рецепции, но и всего персонала в целом (ресторан при гостинице, горничные, служба охраны).
Предоставленным номером тоже остался доволен. Удобный. Все необходимое есть.
Цена/комфорт/сервис - однозначно твердая пятерка.
Провожали тепло... Почти по-родному. Было приятно. Будет возможность, ну или необходимость снова оказаться в Саратове или Энгельсе, вопрос о гостинице, однозначно, уже решенный.

Достойный отель

Волга - название отеля выбрано не случайно. Был в марте 2019, деловая поездка. Время проживания 5 дней. Выбирал отель по рекомендации коллеги. В пояснительной записки к отелю он указал "очень хороший отель". Ну собственно на этом выбор был остановлен. Но, как он ошибался. Отель не просто хороший. А отличный. Поподробнее... Номер, в котором жил относится к формату "Дабл". Одна двуспальная кровать, двухметровая. Спать комфортно. Постель чистая, белая. Сам номер чистый. Убирают, меняют полотенце каждый день. Докладывают мыльно-рыльные принадлежности. В номере есть мини-бар - за отдельную стоимость. Так же в шкафу на третий день нашел чайник с чаем. Оказалось входит в стоимость. Да, есть сейф программируемый. Так как отель находится в центре города. Уличное освещение постоянное. Ночью, можно воспользоваться такими, добротными плотными шторами. Особо хочу отметить завтраки в отеле. Нужно определиться с гастрономическим пристрастиями. Либо вы англичанин по утрам, либо русский. Но в том и другом случае завтраки очень и очень сытные. Мой выбор всегда был за русскую кухню. В составе всегда была каша, выпечка сладкая (кексы), просто выпечка (блины и тд.) на выбор чай или морс. Порции большие. А теперь почему название выбрано не случайно. Удачное расположение в центре города, в трех минутах пешком река Волга. Поэтому рекомендую!!!
