AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Absolutely disgusting is all I can say. The photos on this website displayed are fake. Hotel is nothing like the photos.
Upon arrival, staff were all outside vaping and smoking on the front doors. We then get our keys, walk in our room and see:
- sick in the toilet
- tobacco on the bedside table
- dirty bedsheets
- mouldy window & walls
- stains on the carpet
- someone else’s hair and stains on the shower wall
- the door frame with the lock on snapped off.
When complaining to the staff, they say there’s nothing they can do and they didn’t know the rooms were like this. How can you not know! I didn’t see any housekeeping whatsoever. There was a broken plant pot in the corridor.
Our friends room was the same & was full of flies. Walls were damp.
It’s not just a budget hotel, it is downright dangerous.

The room I hang, admittedly a late booking, was not cleaned and still had the dirty sheets towels and rubbish from the last occupants. I slept on top of the bed covers and left without showering. Very poor!

The hotel is not as described the pictures they use are nothing like the actual rooms, they make you think it's a nice hotel but trust me I would not pay even £5 per night staff are inept useless not helpful at all do your self a favour don't stop here it's dirty not cleaned properly dirty sheets mould in bathroom cigarette burn in bedding dirty cups dirty walls broken windows and window locks. Beware this hotel is awful steer well clear. And look on other review sites for the true extent of this hotels incompetence, you won't get your money back either as they refused my refund. I would never want anyone to experience this hotel that's why I'm warning you to stay well away. It's an environmental hazard germs everywhere and they really don't care all they want is your money do not stay here.

When we arrived the hotel did not have the correct information for our booking. The receptionist blamed the multiple “operators” who book rooms for the fact that a family of four was only offered a twin room.
They were unable to reach Hotels.com to rectify the situation and we were put in a room that was no where near what we booked.
The hotel was tired, run down, and the pictures used were obviously many many years old

Discusting

Awful. Stayed just 1 night as there was what appeared to be excriment on the bathroom wall. Phoned reception & nobody bothered to come down to inspect it or clean it.
