Another great stay at the Hoxton. We really like the location, it is safe and accessible to transportation and shipping. The staff is wonderful and everyone is working constantly to keep things neat and orderly. Housekeeping was great too. This is the 3rd year in a row that we stay at the Hoxton and we will return again in fall. We highly recommend this hotel on your next visit to London.

Poor room and electrics tripped as i used kettle…

Bad experience… emailed the hoxton with my complaint / feedback and was offered 20% off my next visit, which really left a sour taste.
I booked a room and upgraded to a bigger room, was then given a disabled room… on emailing the hotel they admitted this was an error.
Bathroom wet room water flooding out.
Had a gorgeous meal out and came back… Next morning woke up to no power in the room, electrics had tripped. Took maintenance 35 mins to come after ringing reception. To which he said “did you plug the kettle in” before entering the room, which i had done. So they knew the problem and hadnt acted, either swapping kettles or sorting electrics in room.
This meant phones were not charged for our day ahead.
All in all pour experience. I didnt want to leave a bad review, hence emailing first hand however the reply was far from satisfactory.

I had a great stay at the hotel. Given its location, it was quiet and everything was well maintained. Staff was helpful and it is well situated for access to travel throughout London.

Reliable stay for London

We always use the Hoxton hotels when we visit London as they are so reliable and you know you’ll have a great stay. We got our room upgraded this time as we have stayed before - always comfortable and clean. It’s convenient to park in Westfield and walk across. I do think the rooms are small (but appreciate it’s London) and I think it’s on the expensive side for the facilities, but we absolutely would stay again.

I had great stay The Hoxton. Check-In was seamless, staff was great, the room was comfortable, and they were able to locate an item I left in the room after checkout with no issue.
