Our stay at Hilton Tower Bridge was an excellent. The front desk staff that we dealt with (Heleana and Sean) were extremely helpful and made us feel welcome and appreciated. Our room was very spacious, clean and quiet - exactly what we were looking for. The location of the hotel was perfect - right next to London Bridge station, Borough Market, HMS Belfast Tower Bridge and The Shard. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay again.

Overall a great stay. Few little niggles… ice machine didn’t work. The maid came to do our room at 4pm, too late. The door handle on our room was faulty. Nothing we would even complain about or mention as it was all ok but you’ve asked so we are telling.

Hotel was clean and tidy, even in the heatwave everywhere was lovely and cool and plenty of free water provided.
Concierge were great with bags and Macha at check in was great, we had a room upgrade to celebrate my sisters birthday.
Location fantastic surrounded by plenty of bars, restaurants and shops and straight across the road from the station

Some dirt were found on the chair inside the room.
