Was a really nice place but the lifts absolutely stunk when telling the staff they said they knew the lifts stunk so why not spray some air freshener?

Stay elsewhere

I would recommend staying elsewhere!
We were put in the ‘honeymoon suite’ and if this is the best the hotel has to offer then I wouldn’t like to see the other rooms.
- The shower was dirty and mouldy
- There wasn’t a single piece of furniture that wasn’t damaged or dripping with dry glue where it had been ‘fixed’ at some point.
- The Smart television didn’t work
- The WiFi didn’t work
- The dog bed provided was stained
- There were no little touches like bath sheets. The towels provided were tiny.
In addition to all this a note was left for another guest in our room.
The hotel is in much need of a complete refurb.

Unfortunately we weren't told there was an event on so when we went back in the evening and tried to sleep all we could hear was music and the bass. It eventually stopped around 12am. Perhaps earplugs should be provided? Bed was a bit hard but that's preference I guess. The room was too warm and air con didn't work.

I booked this hotel specifically because it advertised air conditioning, as temperatures were around 35°C on the day of my stay. On arrival, I was told the air conditioning wasn’t working. Had I known this in advance, I would have booked elsewhere. I paid a premium and drove out of my way for this feature, so it was extremely disappointing that the room was not as advertised. I hope the hotel resolves this issue and treats affected guests fairly by offering appropriate refunds.

Beautiful and comfortable room, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, great place to stay for a few days. Breakfast was great, and bar staff were happy to help. Photos were a little misleading though - the pool is no longer available to access. There is a 24hr gym though if you're looking to burn a few calories - I don't believe this had any extra fee to access, either.
Overall, great stay, super happy with my time here.
