Lovely little hotel in a great location

Firstly - great location, wonderful staff, clean and comfortable.
Our room was snug, but we had a triple room, we needed the extra bed and the room size is what it is. We had enough room for us but it was compact. The shower room is very compact but this is due to it being built in the room to tick the box for an en-suite. Would rather have this, than a shared bathroom.
The staff were wonderful and very helpful - my husband glasses broke and they tried to help him with what they had around and also googled him the closest Specsavers. Absolutely brilliant.
Breakfast is as you’d expect for a continental and is enough to start you off for the day.
I’d recommend this place for anyone looking to stay close to Paddington and for a reasonable price. It’s not going to tick boxes for everyone but for us it was exactly what we needed for our stay. We stayed one night.

Please make it clear that because there's only one socket, there is a four socket strip in one of the drawers.

Horrible hotel.

Horrible hotel. The worst of my life; the staff was unfriendly, there is no elevator, the stairs are narrow and very steep, making it very difficult to climb with a suitcase. The rooms are very small, with a prefabricated bathroom that is very small, and when you shower, the water always spills out. They do not change the towels; if you want them changed, you have to pay a pound. The carpet is old and very dirty, and there is no air conditioning; in summer, it is impossible to sleep. The breakfast is not varied, and they always serve the same thing.
If we can save anything, it is that the location is good.
A hotel that I do not recommend to anyone.

Just because the room can maybe fit 3 beds and sleep 4 people does not mean it should. We couldn’t move- there was no room for our stuff. The bathroom was the size of a closet. We were there in the middle of a heat wave and the window only opened a crack and the fan did absolutely nothing. Oh and our towels wouldn’t dry, but a new one cost a pound!!! And if you didn’t show up to breakfast early everything was gone.

Hotels needs an overhaul

Good city location-near paddington & Lancaster gate. Accommodations really were poor. The hotel needs an overhaul. Has the design & uncleanly feel of a youth hostile.
