Overall good, but a few niggles

Location is well placed for visiting all the main sites, with some good restaurants nearby. The river view is fantastic and worth the extra cost.
The room had a good large bed and was clean, with a good variety of complimentary soft drinks in the minibar, but there were a few niggles:
No shower mat, and it was not listed among additional items that could be requested for the room. For safety reasons, this should be provided.
The shower door opened inward and, to get out of the shower, it was necessary to pull on a smooth chrome cylinder about 2cm in length - not easy with wet hands - or to slip a teaspoon or other implement under the sealing strip around the door. The outside of the door had a proper D-shaped handle, which should also have been provided on the inside.
There was no power socket placed conveniently near a mirror for use when drying your hair. There was a small moveable mirror but it was only a magnifying mirror for shaving. I feel that this makes it clear that the room was designed by, and for, men without consideration for the requirements of women guests.

Amazing time!

We had a lovely time, Loice was friendly checking us in and asking about our day, Kate was great checking us out. Great hotel, great view!

Great hotel

Lovely hotel, very clean, fabulous massive beds and great pillows. River view rooms worth the extra money. Shower good also. All staff were efficient and friendly. Will stay again.

Love these chain of hotels , beds are amazing, always clean rooms and decent breakfast. You can get a voucher for parking which makes parking cheapie has to be in the car park round the side of the hotel . Enjoyed our stay

The staff were friendly and efficient. There was a small problem with my room on checking but it was sorted within minutes.
The hotel is very stylish and modern and well located for a city break. I only had breakfast during my stay. There was a lot to of fabulous food to choose from.
Only one issue, my toilet was flushing which I thought the cleaning staff would pick up but didn’t. I had to report it in the end.
