Great hotel and very central

First time staying at Heathmount but regulars in Inverness. We’ve often walked past and wondered what the rooms are like. Very pleasantly surprised, plenty space and great touches in the rooms such as robes, bottles of water and teacakes. Breakfast was also great. Every member of staff we came across was friendly and helpful. Only slight issue is the car park is very small but the barrier wasn’t in use during our stay, so that may help when it’s in use.

Very Nice Hotel and Restaurant

We stayed 2 nights for our first trip to Inverness. The hotel is well situated and easy to walk just down the hill and find lots of nice restaurants and shops. We joined an organized tour out to the Isle
Of Skye and our meeting point was easily walkable down the hill, across the river just in front of the cathedral.
The bed was super comfortable and the continental breakfast delivered to our room early before our tour was really good. we didn’t have the full English breakfast because it’s just too much food. They called a taxi for us the last morning to take us to the airport.
I definitely recommend.

Great food

Popped in for breakfast as our hotel are not offering food due to renovations, breakfast was fantastic, fresh cooked to perfection, and the staff are very friendly, great value for money and very inviting even although we were not residents in the hotel. A++++

Nice Hotel but no elevator

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in April 2026. The hotel has a small parking area (in front). We were able to find a parking spot. The reception is part of the Restaurant/bar.
Our rooms (another couple was with us) were way up on the 3rd floor. The hotel does not have an elevator, but the front desk person was kind enough to help us get our suitcases to our rooms. They also helped us on the day of our checkout.
Within 10 mins of walking down hill from the hotel, there are many nice restaurants.
All in all a good stay.

Very Accommodating and in a Great Location!

We really enjoyed our time here! I was very pleased when the staff reached out and let me know an extra room had come available, so we could stay in the same location with my family. The rooms are well decorated and clean. The rooms are actually very quiet despite the pub downstairs, which was very nice for getting a good night's sleep. The smallest room in the converted attic area has excellent views! Watch your head on the vaulted ceiling, though. The wait staff was very friendly and accommodating. This is only a few minutes walk from High Street for lots of shopping and dining, which was excellent as well.
