An excellent place to stay

Staff were friendly and welcoming.
The room was clean, comfortable with a/c and heating as required. The bed was extremely comfortable, good blackout curtains and very quiet both inside and outside.
There was free wifi and Freeview TV, tea and coffee facilities
The ensuite bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water and there was a hairdryer.
The restaurant was a very short distance away offering unlimited breakfast for £9.99. Lunch and dinner was also good value and the restaurant staff were obliging and helpful. There was ample parking for guests.

Best Midlands location and the best Premier Team by far!

Premier Inn Hinckley is a strategic gem between Coventry and Leicester. Strategically placed for key trunk routes.
The hotel is also close to the town centre and a number of takeaway outlets are also nearby.
The staff have always looked after us and it's always been a pleasure (and a good laugh) to see them all.
The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable and the location is quiet and peaceful (also near to a canal waterway).
The staff have always been helpful and accommodating.
Thanks for the team that looked after us this time -
Claire, Karen, Ian, Kiera, Amelia, Elliott, Charlotte and Julie. You're all legends! A pleasure to see you all for the third visit in successive years.

Arrived on Friday evening 14th, this was for a emergency stop over and the 2 staff on duty ,Kiran and male gentlemen on the reception, could not be faulted for there professional, approach.in handling our situation, a big thankyou to both (sorry forgot the gentlemens name),a great place to stay thankyou.

I cant fault it

everything! the staff treats you like a family very friendly and cooperative, rooms are clean and fresh and the quietness I need. All in all a very good experience. Claire is an excellent manager

Tired hotel poor bed

Very tired room booked a double got family room, was looking forward to nice big bed as had before at Premier inns not big bed dont think Lenny Henry would of approved, room needs upgrade as does other parts of hotel, staff very friendly, toilet roll not on roll individual sheets, shower gel like water would consider travel lodge in future for a stay like this, only booked this as stop over travelling from Yorkshire to Cotswolds
