Such a lovely retreat, perfect for recharging the batteries

Kilcamb House is a gem in Strontian. An easy drive from Corran Ferry with lots of things to do around and about.
The food really is superb. We had a different tasting menu on 3 nights and "a la carte" on our final evening. Just delicious.
Breakfast was great, such a choice that we really didn't need to eat till dinner.
Staff are excellent, all of them.
Our dog was very well looked after.
A definite hotel to go back to.

A Great Place to Relax

We had three very relaxing nights at Kilcamb Lodge, enabled by a wonderful setting and very good food (we enjoyed a different tasting menu each evening and the breakfasts provided a great start to each day). In addition the welcome provided on arrival, and the service in the dining room, mainly provided by younger local employees, was helpful, polite and professional.
We also enjoyed sampling the local gins and the choice of wines from the comprehensive wine list!

Fantastic

Lovely hotel in a fantastic setting. We let them know when booking we were bringing our dog, nice touch that there was water waiting for her at the table & a biscuit. Food was delicious & reasonably priced. Service was also very good, would highly recommend.

A luxury hotel in a beautiful part of the world

We travel with 2 large dogs and were recommended Room 1 which was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfasts were made to order and the dinner taster menus were delicious. Our dogs enjoyed the freedom of the grounds which were accessible via a back exit from our room. We will be back!
