Delicious Food & Excellent Service

Delicious food and excellent service .
My friend and I recently dined at the bar and had a fabulous time. Matthew, Matthew and Holly really made our evening. Friendly and efficient... nothing was too much trouble for this team. The cocktails especially went down a treat... thanks for the recommendations Matthew
Also the food was of high quality and cooked perfectly to our tastes. Many thanks to the chefs.
Looking forward to returning soon.

Function central - not a peaceful hotel

Let me be clear the Hotel was lovely, water in your fridge, toiletries to use, staff nice and great location. However the past 2 times I have stayed here there have been functions on. 10 deep to check in and check out and its a very manual process so you have to stand in the hallway and also the noise when there are functions. It was like someone was moving house above us, called reception and they just said it was volume of people because of the wedding. For that reason I will choose another hotel which is a shame.

Truly beautiful food

The food was absolutely fantastic. We were so looking forward to trying the new menu! It was exceptional. Jatin was commendable in his efforts of explaining the menu and very much joined in with our volumous fun. Forgive me, I don't think that's a word haha. Beautiful food and even better service. 5 stars.

Comfortable and clean. Very quiet room. Staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful. Very nice shortbread in the room. :)
