Hotel on life support, to pass one more summer.
Food is however very good and quite diversified. Fun for families. Value is low for when they offer.

Appaling
Spider webs found in bathroom. Walls stained with food.
Windows making noises when is windy - they are not properly closing.
Food and drinks:
Food is average. Drinks acceptable for cheap stuff.
However, there are no snacks between breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The icecream is being served between 16:00 and 19:00, and they are not refilling the fridge. After one hour, there is no more icecream.
Policies:
Beach towels are accepted after 5 PM, however you are not receiving new ones until 8 AM in the next morning. The people that are handling the towel changes are not the same ones that are doing the cleaning during your stay. You need to go to a specific place to pick them up.
Bracelets are available after 3PM. You will not receive them at the reception, you need to go after them in a different room in the hotel.
Overall: I am not recommending this Hotel. Mr Murad, the “inventor of all-inclussive in Romania” learned how to do romanian ways of doing business here.
