cucina very good

The food and experience at Cucina was truly unforgettable! We especially liked the alfredo tagliatelle which you can see get cooked in a cheese wheel and the tiramisu which gets made in front of you! The lasagna and fish and panna cotta were also very good

Bucharest luxury hotel

This is a very exquisite hotel, and the food at the restaurant Olea is excellent! Breakfast is not very substantial! But for a European breakfast, it's considered above average!

Great old hotel, but no refrigerator

Beautiful hotel, nice rooms, etc. BUT... there is no available refrigerator for guests to use. It is locked and filled with mini-bar junk that I neither asked for nor want. I had something which needed refrigeration, but could not use the fridge. This is an example of a hotel putting a profit center above the needs and interests of customers.

We are delighted to know you appreciated the beauty of the hotel and the comfort of our rooms. At the same time, I am truly sorry that the refrigerator arrangement left you disappointed and created the impression that your needs were secondary to our minibar offering.
While the minibars in certain rooms may be locked and stocked as part of specific group arrangements, we always do our very best to accommodate our guests' individual needs whenever they are brought to our attention. Had we known that you required refrigeration for a personal item, we could have easily assisted by providing a suitable solution. Additionally, many of our suites are equipped with refrigerators, which would have been another option we could have explored together.
Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience, for we never want a guest to leave feeling dissatisfied.
We appreciate your feedback and hope that, should your travels bring you back to Bucharest, we will have the opportunity to provide you with the seamless and attentive experience you rightfully expected.

Since you are “Firm on your cancellation” policy, then I will stand firm on my “Service Policy”. You’re awful. Profits before customer service. That should be your slogan.

Our stay here at the JW Marriott was like no other…. Very clean, All the staff were just so amazing and accommodating, the staff were always willing to help in any way we needed. I would highly recommend if ever in Bucharest.
