Very Noisy and Unsafe Stay

This is one large apartment divided into three smaller units. In the apartment next to ours, there were three German guests. They were extremely loud until 5 a.m., when we decided to leave the accommodation. They were fighting, breaking furniture and glass, shouting, and even yelling “kill you.” We were terrified the whole night.
We contacted the apartment owner, Booking.com, and even went to the building reception to report the incident, but nothing was done. It is extremely unprofessional from the owner not to react in such a serious situation. I do not recommend this accommodation to anyone, it is clearly unsafe, and such behavior is tolerated.
