Unforgettable stay in Prague
We received a wonderfully warm welcome from Krisztiana upon arrival. As we were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary, she truly went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Thank you for making it such an unforgettable experience. Your exceptional level of customer service is one of the main reasons we will return and happily recommend this hotel to others.
The Cloud 9 bar staff Tobi, Shahs, Michal were friendly and professional, and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening there. The views were stunning, and the relaxed atmosphere made it even more special. Highly recommended. We also met the manager at the end of the night and you could see why the staff were so good at what they did. She was so lovely and professional too.
Siba at the front desk was always smiling and consistently delivered excellent customer service each time we saw her. She really stands out.
Tomas in the executive lounge is incredibly hardworking. On our first night, we arrived a little late, and he kindly went out of his way to arrange some soup and bread so we had something to eat. We truly appreciated that thoughtful gesture.
The executive lounge and breakfast offerings are outstanding. The hotel genuinely recognises and values Diamond members, which makes a big difference.
The hotel itself is large, modern, and ideally located for getting around the city.
The spa facilities are lovely, however, the swimming pool is quite deep, so families travelling with children who cannot swim should keep that in mind (bring floats).
Overall, a 10/10 stay. We will definitely be returning and look forward to our other family members and children experiencing this beautiful hotel and city.

A modern hotel with superb facilities I recommend to stay in this hotel in Prague.
However, my experience of checking in was extremely disappointing. I arrived early at 9:30 am, the staff had collected my personal data and informed that we can come back after 3pm to collect the key.
When we returned at 4:30 pm, the female receptionist "played" the computer for a long time and said that she couldn't provide the room even though there was record of us doing the check in the morning. She just stood there and provide no solution. She said we hadn't pay city tax, which I really did not know why this is the reason of not getting the room. City tax should be paid after getting thr room. Finally she called the senior manager who professionally solved the problem and apologized the chaos that had happened. He also kindly provided upgrade of our stay to be able to use the executive lounge. I really appreciated him.

Bigger is not Better
Bigger not better
Awful room service - had no conditioner or body wash in shower and did not receive towels
Talked to front desk and nothing happened - took our information down but were ignored and room never properly serviced. Hotel is huge but not convenient to the old city and many better choices.
Room was nice and had view of tennis complex and kayak course. Half the usb ports did not work but same adapter from Paris worked in Prague.
I would look at dozens of other hotels in Prague over this one.

Best hotel
An amazing location that’s a short walk away from old town and a main train station to get anywhere else around the city. The breakfast buffet is one of the better ones I’ve been too. The beer garden in the back made for a really great communal area to meet other travelers and catch up on the World Cup matches I recommend anyone staying here to try the restaurants on the property as they are very good and make for an easy night in

Better for Conferences Than Family Stays
Hilton Prague is an impressive property with spacious public areas, comfortable rooms, and convenient access to the city. The hotel has a lot going for it, but unfortunately the service fell short of what I expect from Hilton, especially as a Diamond member.
Service throughout the hotel often felt overwhelmed. There were consistently long lines at the front desk, and the Honors desk in particular was abysmally slow, while the regular line moved much faster. While the staff were generally polite, the overall experience lacked the efficiency and attentiveness expected at a hotel of this size.
Breakfast buffet was well appointed, but the experience was frustrating as we arrived there around 9:45 a.m. after seasons - a restaurant on property denied us entry and despite breakfast being advertised until 10:00 a.m., the situation felt disorganized and poorly managed.
Another concerning issue was retrieving a personal item left in the room. I accidentally left an Amazon Fire Stick behind, and it took three days for the hotel to retrieve it. The explanation given was that the next guest had a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door for three days. While I was relieved it was eventually returned, it raises concerns about how more valuable items might be handled.
Overall, the hotel feels more suited for conventions than for a family holiday stay. While the facilities are solid, the service inconsistencies and lack of attention to detail made the experience disappointing. Compared to other Hilton properties in Prague, particularly the one in Old Town, this hotel is far less suited for Diamond members traveling with family.
