Amazing stay and incredible staff, celiac friendly

The hotel is amazing! Comfortable and clean and the staff from reception, housekeeping and breakfast room, bend back and forward for you. The breakfast is freshly preparated with a great variety of fruit, salads, savory dishes including fresh and tasty pancakes, omelette and more. My daughter’s friend is celiac and they carefully made her food with no contaminations and in a generous variety and amount. Really amazing!
I needed a candle for my husband’s bday cake and they provided me with magic candles and it was a laugh. Thanks ‘George’ from reception for the candles. My husband loved the surprise!. They are eco minded too witch is amazing and they allowed a later check in free of charge
Truly amazing! We 5 will come back

Wonderful accomodation

I stayed at Best Western Hotel Moran with a friend and loved it. Beautiful room, great breakfast, super kind staff. They even stored our luggage after checkout so we could enjoy the city longer.

Nice hotel

Hotel was lovely the room was clean and the bed was comfy.The room had so many plug sockets which is so good as most hotel rooms normally have one plug.Great base to travel around prague so many trams and buses in the area , the metro is also a few minutes walk away.

Beautiful vacation.

Everything was beautiful, starting from the sunny and warm weather to the city and the hotel, which was perfect. Spacious room, large bathroom with a big tub, abundant breakfast with fresh products, and of course, the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff at both the reception and the breakfast area. Unfortunately, the vacation lasted only 3 days!!! Thank you to all the staff!! See you soon
