Accomodation

Very agreeable place to stay and enjoy the city Brno. Pleasant staff that is helpful to fulfill each of your wish. Our room was really clean as well as the shared bathroom. I will definitely choose it again the next time.

Frightening

We booked this hostel through hostel world. Arrived there tonight during normal check-in hours, confirmation in-hand. When we arrived at the hostel, there were 2 other guests waiting outside, locked out. We all buzzed and knocked and called the number provided repeatedly to no avail for around 20 minutes. Finally, after very loud knocking, an old woman came and angrily answered the door, shouting at us in Czech. The other guests had a key, so she began to apologize, since the door was apparently dead-bolted. She shouted at my partner and I that she had no rooms, even when we showed the confirmation number. We remained cool, and repeatedly attempted to call the number provided for English speakers, still to no avail. We contacted hostelworld.com, who is still attempting to get in touch with them. We plugged in our phones in the entryway and attempted to find a new place to go....at which point the old woman called the police on us. Terrifying experience in a foreign country. Very off-putting.

Pleasant stay

The hostel is one of the cheapest I found in Brno and is definitely worthy for the price they offer. We stayed there for 2 nights and were absolutely satisfied. We had to check-in after the official hours (due to the train connection) so we informed the owner in advance and he waited for us which I really appeciate. The communication was great as the owner was very pleasant and helped us to get to Lednice chateau. We also had a breakfast - it´s a buffet with cereals, milk, fruit, bread, ham, cheese, butter, etc. It was very rich and delicious. I can only reccomend the hostel. Next time we will stay in Brno, we will definitely stay here.

Otrolig service!

Vilken service.
Vi behövde någonstans att sova och han kom sent på kvällen och öppnade för två trötta familjer.
Vi fick en egen våning med gemensam dusch och toalett.
Det var en varm dag så det var varmt på rummet men det är det enda vi kan klaga på.
För en liten peng fanns det även frukost innan vi skulle åka vidare. Här går alla + till den otroliga servicen trots sen tid!

Простой хостел

Нет плиты, только микроволновка. Дают полотенца. Постельное белье - искусственный шелк. Останавливались в хостеле 2 раза. В каждой комнате разные условия. Близко трамвайная остановка, близко Лидл. Не очень уютно, но для того чтобы переночевать - нормально. Доброжелательный хозяин.
