The room was great with a great view of the Convent of Christ and Castle of Tomar on the hill. Met one of the owners briefly and he was very helpful in getting us a cab. The restaurant which is attached to the hotel, but not included with the hotel was very very good.

The front door shows doesn't say it all
We were on cycling holiday and contact went fine by mail and whatsapp, we were, once arrived very warmly received. The bikes we could store a few doors down the street in a storage room. The room was large with lovely beds and spacious bathroom the ceiling was. Then to roof terrace with pool with stunning views to the castle and over Tomar. There is also a kitchen where we could grab cutlery etc to eat delicious. We had booked 1 night but partly because of the hospitality and the beautiful hotel still booked one night. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tomar. Behind the front door you step into a beautiful ambiance

Best accommodations we had in Portugal
The ornate painted ceiling above the bed was gorgeous to view. The bed is beyond comfortable and the sheets and pillows were the best of our 12 day trip in Portugal.
David, the wonderful gentlemen who met us at O Paco and showed us our room and the common areas was the greatest host, giving us ideas where to eat and mentioned the laundry three doors away. There is also a small grocery across the street and the walking distance to the old town area and a beautiful park is only 2 to 3 blocks.
David was kind enough to call for a taxi when we left because we were having trouble getting Bolt drivers to take us to the train station. David called his friend Pedro who drives a taxi. David seems to have so many friends when you talk to him. Stay here when in Tomar you won’t regret it.
