Excellent I felt family
Excellent welcome, it was like getting to my Aunt Mariana's house
We went to harvest oranges in the garden to give us energy because we were 3 pilgrims, the rooms very cozy and with heating
We can still relax in the hot water pool, everything smelled cleaning
The smell of fireplace in the house gives a perspective of family comfort
We still had the right to tea and cake king at the foot of the fireplace before we went to sleep
Hotel breakfast in the company of D.Mariana who is talking to us as if we were family
He kept us backpacks and on the return he said goodbye to us with a

An experience not to be repeated.
Our stay was deeply disappointing. What we found was a "very strange" house, with a heavy, dark decoration and a very dubious taste. The walls, full of saints, masks and photos of strangers, create an oppressive environment. We had the obvious feeling that we were breaking into someone’s house, rather than being in an accommodation prepared to welcome guests.
**Alert: the photographs in the ad show a false version of the house that does not correspond at all to the current reality.**
The **lack of general cleaning** is obvious and unacceptable. We found dust accumulated on various surfaces and spider networks at the corners, which demonstrates a total loose with basic space maintenance.
The thermal comfort is bad. The house is cold and the bathroom window, which does not fence, leaves in wind currents that make the environment cold. The bath experience was deplorable: the shower water had no pressure and suffered constant temperature variations.
The management of the accommodation and the support to the guest revealed a screaming neglect:
* **Incidence management:** We were without light and warned the owner before we left for dinner. When we returned, the problem persisted. We had to be us going to the electric panel, after a phone call to the owner who, although she was in the house, did not get to solve the situation personally.
* **Zona de Recreation (Piscina, Jacuzzi and Sauna):** It was the biggest disappointment as it was the main reason for the reservation. The space is cold and unpleasant. The swimming pool was covered by an enclosure and the space was far from being hot. To make access worse, you must pass through the street, which is unthinkable in a space without heating. The space where was the jacuzzi and sauna, also did not present much cleanliness and we immediately gave up using them.
Only the breakfast is saved, the fact that the bedding and bathrobes look clean and the beds are comfortable but is obviously insufficient to compensate for the lack of brio and poor service provided.
I do not recommend.

Bad experience.
Bad experience.
The bathroom was dirty, no exhaust and with community soap, which is very unhygienic. The shower had little pressure and failed constantly. The rooms had no TV or heating and the smell of smoke was intense all over the house, coming from the fireplace.
The roof of the room had infiltrations and the water dropped directly onto the couch. The lighting is poor, the pool does not show any visible control of the water quality, and the breakfast was weak and uncomfortable due to the discussions between the owner and the employee.
We have paid a very high price for conditions that leave much to be desired. Not recommended at all.

Ideal for relaxing
Room with old style, very clean and spacious. The farm has a good indoor pool, and the outdoor space very well utilized, has a tree house, for children is excellent, with books to read and paint, among other things. To finish the excellent breakfast and to culminate the sympathy and kindness of Dona Mariana, I recommend.

A kind of half sinister tale
The stay was disappointing. The house is strange, with a loaded decor, with the walls full of saints, of masks of all kinds and of photographs of people who tell us nothing. Everything has a heavy, bad taste air. Note that the photographs show a version of the old house, which does not correspond to what is today. Heating is another problem. It is very cold and there is no heating in the bathroom. The heater was broken. There is a warning prohibiting us from throwing toilet paper in the toilet but the bucket of the disposal was not changed in the whole time we were there. As for the pool, we gave up using it as soon as we saw it, although it was the main reason we chose this accommodation. The water was little hot, covered with a stove that was already white in times and in a space without any heating, to which it is only possible to go through the street, outdoors. Breakfast is acceptable but served by a maid without presentation for this job. We found her hair in the fruit. The housewife grumbled with the maid in front of the guests and welcomed them with a greeting followed by the information that she had been killing chickens all morning. Lack of notion of the potential sensitivity of guests. All this for a price equivalent to a 3-star hotel. To never repeat again.
