very good hotel and location.
Very large and clean room (#7) on second floor for 3 people . 3 spaces for our luggage (very rare!). Good mattress (harder). Very good breakfast. Dinner food good (fish plate and soup). Helpful staff (although they spoke very little English). Towel issue resolved quickly. Safe works with key only. Private parking for us when we were there.
No elevator / lift. 54 steps to get to the lobby and then to the room on second floor.

Nice hotel in the center of zakopane
Nice hotel in the center of the city....little bit old furntiure in the room, but in total nic ehotel, with very nice restaurant and good food. Prices in the normal standard and fair....billiard saloon,parking

Good value and clean
Spent two nights here because the it was cheap and close to the centre. No real issues. Receptionist doesnt speak English which made checking in very quick. The reception is upstairs and there’s no lift for those who have heavy bags. The room was also very warm even though we left the window open all night and it was 12C outside. These alpine hotels are well insulated. We didnt try the breakfast but we shoukd have because places on the main street weirdly werent open for breakfast. We ended up having to go to a well known, rip-off coffee shop. Nice place if you aren’t fussy. Fab location

WILLA MONTE ROSA IN ZAKOPANE POLAND
The best hotel in Zakopane. I highly recommend staying here and dining here. Excellent food and drinks. The owners are very accommodating and helpful in planning activities. They can advise on the best places to visit. I will always stay at Monte Rosa!!!

Bad choice
I regret that i booked this property to save some money after a weekend in previous accommodation.
Reception was very basic within the bar thats open to the public, it was very dark and uninviting...The receptionist could have been anybody as nothing to show she worked there
Into the room... It was boiling hot despite us opening the windows and doors to balcony which resulted in a disturbed sleep. The toilet within the room was very small and had mould in the shower no toilet tissue holder or no shelf to store personal goods . Decor was old and carpet wasn't the cleanest... Cigarette burns in bathroom also. No English channel available on the TV despite being in a multi language tourist resort.
Breakfast - one choice of cheese, one choice of ham, yogurts were out of a fridge and not being stored properly..Only apple juice available ..No hot chocolate just milk and water... No scrambled eggs when arrived at 9,20 ..This was never topped up and breakfast ended at 1030 when asked they said they're was no point as all the guests were in. Staff were eating on the restaurant floor and picking food.
After breakfast walking back into the room all we could smell was the toilets and cigarettes.
The bar - definitely a no go! Full of local men trying to hit on the residents... Me and my husband walked in and straught back out ...Very uncomfortable
Overall- avoid this place unless you like hostel like conditions - we will not be returning
