Awful Front Office Manager meets dated Hotel
I had booked another property but pivoted here after talking to AI about location and value. I was convinced to spend around 100 USD versus 400. I had recently stayed at Raffles Cambodia and had an amazing stay. I have friends that work for Accor and decided not to book with FF because the price was 94 versus 120.
I arrived 3 hours early and was told 1 of the 2 rooms was available. I said great we will throw the bags in one room and return for the second. As soon as my mouth closed, the front desk team member said it will cost 300 PLN for early check in. The room was a bit over 400 so gonna charge me 300 extra for a few hours. I asked for the manager and out walks a rude, aggressive alleged manager who refused to provide her name and said this is our policy. I laughed and said No. So you didn’t get a penny from me and you lost a customer. I contacted my friend who works for Fairmont as a manager and he was appalled.
The room is large as others have said but dated and desperately needs refurbishment. The bathroom in the lobby smells like a pig farm - it’s disgusting. I hope the GM reads this and exchanges words with the manager who refused to identify herself.
It’s worth 100 bucks, isn’t 5 stars and don’t expect good service!

One of warsaw best luxury hotels
The location is outstanding, within walking distance of the Old Town, the Royal Route, and many of Warsaw’s main attractions including the opera, ballet and national Philharmonic , shopping centers and entertainment . The hotel combines elegance, comfort, and a welcoming atmosphere.
The rooms are spacious, quiet, and very comfortable, with excellent beds that ensure a great night’s sleep. The breakfast is outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality products. The restaurant and bar are also excellent, with delicious food and professional service.
What truly makes this hotel special is its excellent staff. Special thank in hotel Victoria to Wiktoria Szczypińska from the front desk . She made a speedy check in and arranged me the petect room I liked . Everyone is friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making guests feel welcome. Their professionalism and willingness to help create a memorable experience.
I highly recommend Sofitel Victoria Warsaw to both business and leisure travelers. It is a perfect place to stay, and I look forward to returning on my next visit to Warsaw.
