Stylish hotel with a few minor drawbacks
Got here through a series of mishaps in my original hotel booking for GDN. Travel to here frequently. The hotels interior is very stylish. Good taste and looks. When it comes to hotel expectations it is a bit different picture. The walls are too thin and you get very familiar with the guests next door, even when they are not loud. The bathroom os missing any shelves at the sink, shower, etc ?!?!. Breakfast ist good, but plan enough time. 30-45 min. Quite slow.

This place is situated close to train station about 10 min walk. To the beach you will get on foot, but it is around 25 min walk. Place is not that convenient if you wish to be close to Sopot center and to the beach attractions.
Room we had was dark and gloomy, with red antlers above the bed. Walls were covered by black artificial fur which looked not pleasant and which is a nightmare for allergy suffers. Floors and curtains black as well..We did not know what kind of room we have booked, maybe we did not checked the reservation carefully or it was not said on the booking confirmation. Lalala says they have 7 rooms designed by different designers in different styles. This room definitely does not suit for weekend romantic trip at the seaside. People at the reception were very nice and hosted us very well. Breakfast tasty and well served (must choose from the menu).
What was the additional surprise for us, was that the road at this place was under the construction. That gave some noise but what was even worse a lot of dust. We were not informed about that while we booked. As a compensation we were given a bottle of good wine, but I would prefer to be informed and be able to decide if this is ok by me. I think much better would be the discount, as this place is very expense as for the offered standard. Tiny bath room, black room with no fridge, cattle or coffee set. Make sure what kind of room you will get before you will book.

Impressive Hotel
Very impressive athmospere. Not like regular hotels. Really loved my visit to this place. Exellent breakfast. Service was really attentive. Staff very helpful ! Deffinately recommend to everyone, who likes to have something different !

Surprising!
It is well located if you arrive by car, as you'll find it at the entrance of town. no problem on finding parking space. Every single room is different and you'll be surprise about all details you'll find it the room. Probably the bed is not the most comfortable one, but you'll hear nothing during the whole night, quite away from the center. It takes you about 15-20 min to reach the center by foot. service was excellent, they were really friendly and even invited us to a bottle of red wine.

Too expensive
Prices are too high considering the quality of the hotel.
People at the reception are extremely nice, the breakfast is very good and the place is cozy.
On the other hand, it is quite far off the centre and the beach, the rooms are pretty hot during Summer, the road in front of the rooms is quite noisy (and this becomes a problem when it's hot and you want to keep the windows open) and the bed is far too soft.
