DO NOT STAY AT Hotel Uroczysko

Avoid this hotel I brought 27 people to show them Poland. The whole pilgrimage was very well received. Beautiful monuments and very clean cities The hotels we stayed in were of a high standard. But we spent the last night in the Uroczysko Hotel. We experienced Horror. The room had mold on the wall. In other rooms there were bugs. My room was so small it was hard to turn around. The bathrooms were very small and the decor was from the 60s. The website shows a beautiful room but where they put us was horrible. You can't trust them

Power failure

The hotel makes a good impression at first. Then the imperfections become apparent. No air conditioning on in the corridors - the air conditioners are there but switched off.
During the last night, there was a power failure after a storm. It turned out that the hotel had no working generator or no generator at all.
Nothing that required electricity was working - lights, lifts, air conditioning, pool, etc.
At check-out, I asked for a discount due to the inconvenience and the inability to use the services - I did not receive one.

One big disappointment

Apart from the location - the forest at the shore of the lake - everything else is just a disaster. From the entrance to the hotel, the stench of chlorine from the swimming pool is striking, and the hotel restaurant is the height of incompetence of waiters and the worst possible quality of dishes. If you don't believe or disagree with this opinion, I recommend ordering the duck dish...

I do not recommend!!

Let's start from the beginning. I went to this hotel with my family who wanted to spend some time while I was away from the hotel. We arrived at 4am. We paid for a 24-hour hotel stay. The person who welcomed us did not agree to extend the hotel stay (only 2 hours for PLN 100) and said it in a very rude way. Even though the hotel was practically empty.
The bathroom door was terribly dirty... after 2 hours of my stay I went for breakfast. It was my worst breakfast, starting with an egg that looked like it was from yesterday. I chose this hotel because of the swimming pool on offer, but no one informed me when booking that it was open from 4 p.m. (the hotel day ended at 11 a.m. I do not recommend it!!

Ants and poor service

I was staying there with my wife two weeks ago. Unfortunately, we found ants in the suite (both in the living room and the bathroom). When reported to the reception desk, we received a stern telling-off from the receptionist that it was our fault for sure, because we must have left something sweet there. No comments for this kind of service...
