The hotel is in a slum kind of place,building is dilapidated,staff is rude,keep u waiting fr check in,do not clean room

Staff is rude, do the clean room daily,bar not fuctional,alchol not allowed inside,old building,loacted in a slum,check in was not allowed early as agoda says 24x7,they disagree,not value fr money,guards are pleasant , overall bad experience

The hotel has its limitations but you will sample the local way of life in this district.

An experience to stay here in the back blocks of Manila. It was an effort to find the hotel even via GPS Grab taxi at night. Narrow streets, shops and businesses. lots of activity it is how the Philippinos live their life day to day. The hotel is okay, has its limitations, rooms was very basic, but cleanish, bring your own toiletries, the shower warm, a towel as thin as a tea towel and as big, only a sheet no blankets, the door couldn't be locked from the inside. The staff did their job, were helpful, and I received my security deposit back,

Bad Service. Dirty room

We checked in last 24th september around 2-3pm. Guard assist us to get the our luggage from the car, but the lady at the front desk were not approachable, she's like having a bad day and not gave us a towel. I asked her if the sky bar open she told me its closed, but when i checked it, its open! Next the room were like MENTAL HOSPITAL, aircon is not cold, weak connection of wifi aswell, the door is not safe aswell as it can open easily.towels, bed sheets, pillow case were dirty, lastly we checked out 25th sept around 4am, front desk guy with eyeglass is rude. Most staff were rude, NOT highly recommended. Its a 0 star.

DISGUSTING!!

booked a room through agoda, ticked the smoking room as preference, when we checked out, front desk made me pay P800 as penalty for smoking inside the room, they said they could not use the room for 2 days due to the smell of cigarette, exagerated reasoning...there were no smoking signs inside the room, i didn't know they had penalties for such...if i had only known, hotel entrance is near our room, i would have smoked there if i only knew...just stayed there for a few hours coz our aircon was being repaired..staff were like robots, so unaccomodating, room feels like a prison cell..will never go back here..very unfriendly reception staff...pleaded for consideration coz i live near pasay centrale, very disgusting reception staff

Dormitory

The price is really good specially if you're getting out of budget but mind you this is a dormitory and not a hotel, there's no wakeup call, no proper facilities, front desk in the garage that's why no parking space, and the alley / road is too narrow for the car to navigate. If for 1 night and nothing much to do is ok, but it's a matter of personal choice I think I won't be coming back here.
