Loving our stay in this beautiful place

The experience we had in this place was incredible, Dan and his staff were amazing and very helpful, friendly through our entire holiday specially with my husband food request . We definitely come back again next time we visit the Philippines.

Worst hotel you can imagine

This hotel should not be listed on booking platforms. The level of cleanliness is unacceptable. There was hair on the floor, visible dirt, spider webs, and insects in the room. The corridors were noisy, people were shouting and smoking inside. No staff was available to help us. We did not feel safe and refused to check in.

Great location but poor service and accommodations

Great location as it’s right by the bay for the boat tours.. Rooms were okay but lots of bug bites during the evening sleep.. Brother and wife had a room where it smelled like the sewer had backed up into their room plus the had many bugs in the bed when they arrived.. internet was constantly out in room and on deck.. complained numerous times but staff didn’t seem to care.. food was average at best.. staff needs excessive training and owners need to put some resources overall on the property

Don't waste your money!

We travel quite a lot around the world but this resort is absolutely not worth spending your money on. The room is very old and really needs a makeover, the bedding has burn holes from probably cigarettes, the shower barely gives water, the room is small, poorly maintained and dirty.
The view is really below standard, you look at a blind wall (why is there a window there!) and outside under the window against the wall there is a water pump that ticks 24 hours, you can't close your eyes and can't sleep because the ticking sound is louder at night!
The breakfast is so bad (little choice, not even choices in bread) that we just went to the village to have breakfast, it seems like people here are not at all interested in the problems we experience here, we went to the reception to report this, unfortunately their English is not the best they know either.
On the beach part of the resort there is a hangout of aggressive local beach sellers who keep forcing you to buy something when you try to lie on the beach.
For us this is the biggest mistake to book here, don't be fooled by beautiful pictures on booking sites because the pictures are absolutely not reality!
There is still a lot to do for the management!

I really appreciated the service at the hotel. The staff were extremely polite and helpful throughout my stay. The airport transfer was excellent! punctual and very convenient. However, the breakfast was quite disappointing, with limited variety and below-average quality. With some improvements in that area, the experience would be perfect.
