Good nice personnel

I accidentally broke the shower and they immediately repaired it. The installations are average however that's good for a city like Tarapoto. Personnel always correctly trained and available for requests. Recommendable.

I would not return, not even if it were free.

Abysmal management of a hotel that is mid-range. Pool flooded with kids, without anyone bothering to inform the parents that they cannot be making noise during nap time. If you go with the idea of resting, don't even think about booking this hotel. At night, the same thing: people talking in the hallway, without any kind of notice that it is rest time. Not recommended at all.

Could have been better.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The hotel is well located and the room was a decent size and comfortable. And wifi was good, and free. Breakfast was included. Although generally not very hot at night, there was a heat wave when I was there and the small fan provided did not work well. The big disappointment, however, was that the towels were not clean on the first day. Also, breakfast, which I was happy to see it included some local fare, was minimal and of poor quality. Although the cost of the stay was reasonable, I stayed a hotel in Tarapoto that charged the same but was considerably better.

Solid hotel, good value, ask if they're still remodeling

Stayed here for more than a week and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the staff and accommodations. That said, the hotel is currently renovating an upstairs area and the construction activity - which began at 7am and took place thoughout the day - made it impossible to sleep in on the weekend or take an afternoon rest. Internet was spotty at best despite the hotel's efforts to install multiple routers etc.

Mal servicio

Nos decidimos por este hotel porque nos ofrecieron desayuno buffet a diferencia de los demas hoteles. Sin embargo, en el desayuno me dieron medio vaso de jugo y cuando pedi un poco mas me dijeron que tenia que pagar como un desayuno adicional (S/ 10.00). Asimismo, de comer solo habian huevos revueltos, chaufa y panes. Igual que el jugo solo te correspondia un plato. Le dije a la señorita que a mi me dijeron que era buffet y me respondio que es buffet porque ella pone las tazas y yo las agarro de la mesa . Eso no es buffet le indique y no le dije nada mas por no fue su culpa sino de las personas encargadas de capacitarlas. Otra observación es que nos dieron toallas manchadas. No volvería.
