Will try not to stay here again
The hotel is in a great location, and the rooms are spacious. Unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing.
I arrived around 10:00 AM and completely understood that my room would not be ready that early. I waited until about 2:00–3:00 PM for check-in, which was fine. However, when my colleagues and I checked in together, they all received their rooms immediately, while I had to wait an additional 15 minutes. The front desk agent kept calling over the radio to ask if a room was available, and the only acknowledgment I received was a quick "sorry," with no real explanation.
The biggest disappointment came when I finally entered my room. It had a very strong cigarette odor. It was obvious the hotel was aware of the issue because a large amount of air freshener had been used, but it did nothing to mask the smell. I had to return to the front desk and request another room. Surprisingly, I didn't receive an apology—only a "thank you for letting us know, we'll move you to another room."
For a hospitality business, I expected much better customer service and a more sincere response to these issues.
On a positive note, the restaurant was excellent. The food and drinks were outstanding and were easily the highlight of my stay.

A very pleasant experience due to the great attention on the part of Vanessa Custodio, a very friendly, attentive and hospitable person we take a great memory not only for the hotel but also for the great human being they have in their hotel already mentioned above, human capital should always be the most important and Vanessa is!

Casa Andina recovers an excellent level of care.
Old acquaintance. Correct installations.
The weak point was the attention to the public in his restaurant and cafeteria.

Great Set ice
Vanessa was a great server in the restaurant at the Casa Andina. She took very good care of us. We will ask for her again!
