The hotel states that they have EV chargers, they are actually in a car park 10 minutes walk away. The breakfast was limited by tastes nice. The staff are helpful.

Highly recommended!

This hotel is in an optimal location, very close to the Euromast and about a 20-minute walk from the center. Clean and spacious rooms, very kind and well-trained staff. Parking on the street is really uneconomical, but nearby there is a very convenient parking lot attached to a supermarket at a cost of € 23.00 per day. The hotel has a bicycle service (a must-try). For 24 hours, the cost for 3 bicycles is € 31.50. I recommend it because you can visit all of Rotterdam very well by bicycle and it is a truly pleasant experience! Hotel with excellent value for money and so, so much courtesy! Thank you!!

I honestly don’t understand how reviews are this good.
We had two rooms and I kid you not the exact same thing happened in both rooms. When the rooms were ready the sheets were very stained - general dirt and even blood stains.
We asked to have it replaced and they showed up with the manager and housekeeping, ”ok I guess change them”
He proceeded to change them and while changing them I noticed he saw stains on the new sheets and tried to hide it by flipping it over which we caught him doing? We questioned it and he just sighed and removed all the sheets again and stormed off. 5 minutes later came with 2 new sheets, the first one he picks up has an even bigger stain so I tell him again not this one - and luckily he had another that was fine.
We then went to second room and it literally happened in the exact same manner. 2 pairs of dirty sheets until ”clean” ones.
When he was done I said thank you and he just ran away rudely. Unbelievable to expect clean sheets for 100€/night.
The next morning breakfast is 7-10 we came down around 9.15 and it’s 90% empty, and don’t get me wrong even if you showed up at 7 you would be shocked at how small the breakfast is. If this was always included you couldn’t complain but paying extra for this ”breakfast” should be a crime. There was not enough for the four of us so we ended up having to go eat brunch shortly after.
The only good thing is the bathrooms were newly renovated and modern.

Great stay. Delicious breakfast buffet. “Garden “ in back uninviting. Air conditioning worked great.

The staff were quite friendly and accommodating. The room had a view of the street, and the window allowed light to filter throughout. The breakfast was good as there was a wide variety of food choices. The location was near the Coolhaven metro station which made it convenient to get around the city yet was out of the central business district.
