The hotel is far from downtown, but is just a few minutes away from the metro so you can connect. The hotel is very quiet and the persons are really nice.
The gym is a little small, but you can work out

A wonderful stay with exceptional service!

INNSiDE by Meliá Amsterdam is a beautiful, modern hotel offering excellent value for money. What impressed me most, however, was the exceptionally friendly and attentive service provided by one particular member of the reception team. Unfortunately, I did not catch their name, but they truly went the extra mile to make our stay special.
At my request, this staff member kindly upgraded my parents to a room on a higher floor at no additional cost. Later, after I showed them a discount that was available online, they unexpectedly offered my parents complimentary breakfast for both days of their stay. I did not expect this at all and genuinely appreciated these thoughtful gestures.
This exceptional level of hospitality made us feel truly welcome and valued. I hope the hotel can identify the person who assisted us and pass on our sincere thanks. I would definitely stay here again and warmly recommend the hotel to others!

Had a great stay for 4 days

Excellent location. Close to Zuid train station and one stop from the airport. Nice rooftop restaurant on the 19th floor named Hasta Lavita Baby. They serve Spanish cuisine and have a lovely Bar. The service overall was great!! Would stay here again

Great hotel in a great city

A hotel that is totally worth staying at, and I recommend it without a doubt. The metro station (Zuid) is located 150 meters away and you can reach the central station in 5 stops. Very professional and attentive staff with the customers. I had a small problem in the room with the air conditioning (it couldn't be turned off) and after mentioning it to Marcos at the front desk, he quickly looked for a solution, changing our room. My congratulations to him. Very good and varied breakfast (the only small drawback is that the sweet pastries should be more varied so that people who enjoy stays of several days do not find it a bit repetitive).
