Simple and Ecpnomical

If you’ve never stayed at an Ibis before, the room will seem small and basic, which is what the brand is known for. The presence of a small fridge was a pleasant surprise.
We found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating.
Breakfast is basic, but incorporated several local food options that we enjoyed each day.
The gym is nice and relatively unused (I went each day there and was the only person there).
Finally, the property is well located across from the Sol mall and a few minute walk from the Galleria mall (each of which have some good restaurants and a supermarket).

Noisy

Great location, but hard to sleep. Construction/renovations started at 8:30am on a Saturday morning. Bang, bang, bang... There is mo way to upload a video/sound (which I have) of terrifying banging that sounds like it's up against my headboard. Ruined a lovely stay.

Terrible noise in neighboring building. No proper solution

Soon on the first night I was disturbed by a noise of “music” (batch) in a neighboring building. I requested room change but they claimed “high occupation” and lack of staff to prepare the new one. Although it is not the fault of the hotel, the lack of goodwill in solving the problem that is serious.

Lamentamos sinceramente que su experiencia no haya sido completamente satisfactoria y agradecemos que haya compartido sus comentarios.
Entendemos lo molesto que puede resultar el ruido durante el descanso, especialmente cuando proviene del entorno externo al hotel. Si bien este tipo de situaciones escapan a nuestro control directo, nuestro equipo intentó asistirle dentro de las posibilidades operativas disponibles en ese momento, considerando la alta ocupación del hotel.
De todas maneras, tomamos muy en serio su observación respecto a la atención brindada y revisaremos internamente nuestros procedimientos para seguir mejorando la experiencia y la asistencia a nuestros huéspedes ante situaciones imprevistas.
Agradecemos su comprensión y esperamos tener la oportunidad de recibirle nuevamente para ofrecerle una estadía más placentera.

Good location.Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very polite and helpful despite limited ability to speak English.
The staff at reception were very helpful, they even tried to contact our airlines and airport.

The staff was incredibly courteous every day, very clean hotel, nice breakfast, location is unbeatable. Only wish the rooms for two people were slightly bigger.
